✅ Step 1: Log in to WordPress Admin

Go to:

bash

CopyEdit

yourdomain.com/wp-admin

Enter your admin username and password.

✅ Step 2: Go to Plugins Section

In the left-hand menu, click Plugins > Installed Plugins

✅ Step 3: Deactivate the Plugin

Find the plugin you want to delete

Click the “Deactivate” link under the plugin name

Once deactivated, you’ll see the “Delete” option appear

✅ Step 4: Click Delete

Click “Delete”

Confirm when WordPress asks if you're sure you want to remove the plugin

✅ Done! The plugin and its files are now removed from your site.

📝 Important Notes:

Settings/Data: Some plugins leave behind settings or database tables even after deletion. You may need a cleanup plugin (like WP-Optimize or Advanced DB Cleaner) if you want to fully remove all traces.

Can't Delete? If WordPress gives an error, try deleting the plugin manually via cPanel or FTP (ask if you need help with that too).
